Then please join your IABC WestFair colleagues at Bar Taco in Port Chester, NY, for the IABC WestFair Summer Networking Event. Bar Taco has great Mexican food and a fun vibe—located right on the water. We'll have delicious light bites and drinks (and lots of networking) outside on Bar Taco's spacious deck. Wednesday, April 3, from 6 to 8 pm: Join us at Columbus Park Trattoria in Stamford, CT for Taking Control of Change Before it Takes Control of You. We'll be joined by Tracy Benson, who will facilitate an interactive session that will guide participants in assessing their own response to change, and will include personal tips for each “type” of change responder as well as tools for coaching others. Personal outcomes from the session include:

1. Understanding patterns to look for before change comes your way.
2. An assessment revealing how you personally react to change.
3. Recognizing how your colleagues and leaders respond, and how you can help.
4. A set of tips and tools to enable you to engage in change and lead more effectively.
