Making the Most of Corporate Responsibility
IABC Presents Kathee Rebernak of Framework:CR and Valerie Hendy of Citigroup

Corporate Responsibility programs have become an essential competitive advantage for many companies. These initiatives help businesses better address risks, attract and retain customers and employees and strengthen community ties. While the benefits of corporate responsibility programs are obvious, the road to successful implementation and reporting is much less clear.

Kathee Rebernak, founder and CEO of Framework:CR, a strategic corporate responsibility and financial communications firm, shares her proven process for reporting corporate responsibility efforts to make a difference to stakeholders. Valerie Hendy, vice president, corporate citizenship public affairs at Citigroup, a Framework:CR client, also offers her view on some of the challenges and benefits of effective implementation and reporting on corporate responsibility programs based on her recent experience.
